WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Life coaching assists people to move “out of the rut” towards a life designed to achieve
change, personal growth, and success.  It involves a process of recognizing and changing behaviors and thought patterns, which have been hindering your growth and brings forward your true potential/purpose in a confidential, safe, understanding, and nurturing environment.

It is a solution-based process, which guides your development personally and professionally, allowing you to make necessary changes in your life. it aims to empower you to confidently forge a new path and offers you alternative perceptions or ways of seeing yourself and the world. having a life coach dramatically increases your ability to achieve your goals successfully.

You will form a relationship with your life coach that is based on trust, understanding, support, and guidance. Your life coach will create a space for you to be heard in a way you might not have been heard before - communication is key in this relationship in terms of what is said as well as what is not said - what may seem hidden to you will slowly be unraveled through attentive questioning, listening and conversation.

It is a life coach's responsibility to support and encourage any changes you want to make, and you are challenged and held accountable for the steps that need to be taken to create the life you want. Your life coach is as interested in your aspirations, values, challenges, and passions as much as you are, if not more so. Many of today’s presidents, entrepreneurs, business people, and athletes, have used life coaching to gain a winning perspective on their lives.

YOUR LIFE COACH WILL:

  • Challenge you when you need it.

  • Tell you the truth even if it's difficult to hear.

  • Reveal your strengths to you even if you don't see them yet.

  • Support and listen to your dreams until you're ready to reach for them yourself.
