Whether we have a one on one session over a coffee or a skype session, I can help you. It‘s a matter of recognizing the need or desire to achieve more, experience joy, and create a self you are proud of.
The full course consists of 13 sessions and may be extended should you want to. The initial session runs for around 90 minutes whilst the following sessions run for 60-minutes.
I am happy to negotiate suitable times to fit in with your schedule. Sessions could take place weekly or fortnightly. There is scope to ensure that you do not become bored during the intervals and homework is done through planned action steps to ensure that you are challenged but not overwhelmed by the tasks at hand.
Whilst I encourage you to stick to the action steps, there is no pressure from me for you to reach your milestones, but you are encouraged and motivated to continue your new growth path. Bad habits are replaced with new ones and include constant measuring, monitoring, and encouragement until they seem like a faraway dream.
It is important to understand that at the end of the day only you can create change. The action needs to come from you. Your beliefs, values, and rules are re-defined to ensure that they are aligned with your authenticity and motivation to bring about change, much joy, and inner strength. You are what you think.
